Mingo Saddle Club Trail Maintenance

Six sets of picket lines were installed 10/5/03	The Mingo Saddle Club was worried about damage being done to trees by horses hitched overnight, and worked with the Corps of Engineers to build six sets of picket lines, each with three posts.
