July 12th - OTA Beach Party

All work and no play... you know the drill.  We figured the heat of July was a great time to rest our weary bones, so we held a beach party at a swimming hole on the Courtois.  We swam, we ate, we told stories.  Greg took a tour of the nearby bluffs, Dave rode the ATV a bit, and Margo went fishing.  It was a welcome break to trail work, and a great time was had by all.

You can see the canopy in the background... we had quite a setup on the banks of the Courtois.	It's John's turn to cook while Greg critiques!
We had quite a spread, including apple pie and peach cobbler for desert.	The tallest person (Harry) got the shortest grill.
Wes goes back for seconds.  Joy (right side) loved the 'pool.'	Several canoeists floated by in amazement at our creek-side shindig!
Greg tells a good story while John stuffs his face.	Dave is hiding in the background behind Danny's daughters Caitlin and Molly.
You can see Margo in the background fishing while the rest of us line up for grub.	What a pleasant view!
Margo shows off a catch (she caught a 1 1/2 pound bass downstream).  Strictly catch-and-release.	Seven stayed overnight for breakfast.
