Hiking Bell Mt. Loop

Hi all, I am planning to hike the Bell Mt. loop from the hwy A trail head in the next few weeks.
I was just wondering if anyone here has been on the loop recently and could provide any trail info. It's been a few years since I've been in that area.

We hiked from the North TH on New Years Eve and had a great trip up in the dark. A few step over trees otherwise, the short route was in decent shape. I prefer the North TH as it's not straight up from the start.
You should have a good hike. Waterproof boots would be in order as this freeze/thaw cycle and the rain of late will have possibly have plenty of water in the old tread.

I know the north TH is easier, but I just cant pass up the views coming up from the south.
